The petitioner renews her prayer for bail which was rejected on merits earlier as recently as on January 16, 2025 in CRM (NDPS) 46 of 2025. There being no change of circumstance, we see no reason to reconsider the petitioner's prayer for bail on merits, at this stage. 2.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM (NDPS) 335 of 2025 is dismissed.

However, we find that the petitioner is in custody for 316 days. The petitioner is a lady. Charge is yet to be framed. We are told that two accused persons are absconding. Trial has already been split up and tomorrow (27.03.2025) has been fixed as the date for consideration of charge. This is disputed by learned Advocate for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, if the trial has not been split up till date, the same should be done by the learned Trial

Judge in accordance with law so that the trial can be proceeded with against the accused persons, who are facing trial including this petitioner and can be concluded on an early date, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if necessary, by fixing frequent schedules of 2/3 days each for examination of witnesses.

Parties to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court.
