The Commissioner of Police, Bidhannagar has filed a detailed report. Further investigation has been conducted. The Commissioner of Police, Bidhannagar has recorded satisfaction on the further investigation as well.

This Court does not see any serious reason to disagree with the findings of the second Investigating Officer and that of the Commissioner of Police. A copy of the report may be handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
