Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that after demise of the husband of the petitioner no.1, Society has taken over the keys and to that effect complaint was lodged to Patuli Police Station. The petitioners further complain that there are original documents of the husband of the petitioner no.1 including PAN Card, Aadhar Card, bank pass-book, passport, original deed of the flat and pension related documents. As the police authorities did not respond to the complaint, the petitioners have approached this Court.

The keys are with the Co-operative Society and a G.D. Entry has already been recorded based on an enquiry on the basis of the information received. However, as submitted that the police authorities did not find any grounds to register a case, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach

the jurisdictional criminal/civil court for appropriate remedies. In case any direction is passed upon the police authorities, they would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 6068 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
