The instant criminal revisional application was filed against an order dated 21.02.2011 passed in Misc. Case No. 12 of 2007 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah. The petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs. 1000/- per month as maintenance allowance and Rs. 500/- as arrear of maintenance allowance since the date of filing till liquidation of Rs. 48,500/-. Perused the order under challenged passed by the learned Trial Court. This court does not find any infirmity or impropriety in the impugned order. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

The instant criminal revisional application and connected application are dismissed.

Interim order if any stands vacated.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as learned Trial Court for due compliance.
