1. Challenging the order passed by the respondent no. 3 under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy, I am of the view that the present writ petition cannot be entertained and the same is accordingly dismissed.

3. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

4. This order shall not preclude the petitioner from approaching the petitioner to appropriate forum in accordance with law.
