Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the parties that a final report has been submitted in connection with GR case no. 56 of 2024 and the petitioner has been discharged therefrom.

In view of the above, the revisional application, being CRR 985 of 2024 has become infructuous and is therefore, disposed of. Vide order passed on 3rd April, 2024, this Court recorded that the petitioner undertook to keep a term deposit of Rs.35 lakhs in his own name. This Court directed that the term deposit would not be encashed without the leave of the Court.

Since the petitioner has been discharged from the case, he is at liberty to encash the term deposit of Rs.35 lakhs. CRAN 2 of 2024 is disposed of.
