The petitioner filed one application for a permit which appears in annexure P-1 at page -8 of the writ application. As the said application has not been considered, he filed one representation before the respondent nos. 3 and 4. Such representation is dated 27th November, 2018, which is annexure P-2 at page -11 of the writ petition.

I direct the respondent no.4 to consider this representation dated 27th November, 2018 after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties within a period of ten weeks from the date of communication of this order and if the respondent no. 4 thinks fit, the matter be placed before the Regional Transport Authority as the

learned advocate for the State submits that the Regional Transport Authority is the appropriate authority to take step in the matter. If the matter is placed before the Regional Transport Authority, a decision is to be taken in the matter within twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties.

Whatever be the time period, ten weeks or twelve weeks, the decision is to be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks after taking the decision. With these observations, the writ application is disposed of.
