The convict applicant before this Court has already paid the entire compensation money and the matter has been disposed of. It is further submitted by Mr. Mitra that he has been instructed by his client not to proceed with the application under consideration.

Under such circumstances, CRR 802 of 2012 is disposed as withdrawn.
