It has been contended that the next date for evidence is fixed on 5th October, 2023. Report was called for as the e-courts reflected that the next date is fixed in the year 2025. Having regard to the fact that the next date is fixed on 5th October, 2023, I direct that the learned trial court on and from 5th October, 2023 would fix at least one date in a month so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.
With the aforesaid observations, CRR 933 of 2023 is
disposed of.
