Copy of the same has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner. The State is represented by the learned counsel. The report reveals that construction has been made without obtaining any sanctioned plan from the Municipality.

In view of detection of construction without a valid sanctioned plan, it will be open for the Municipality to take appropriate action in accordance with law to deal with any unauthorized construction by any of the parties.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.
