Prayer for anticipatory bail of the other co-accuseds were rejected in 2022.

There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioner. Notwithstanding the police filing charge sheet, considering the long absconsion of the petitioner and the materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 831 of 2024 is dismissed.
