The police report is taken on record. It appears that the petitioner No.1 submitted a declaration before the Officer-in-Charge, Patashpur Police Station, on July 27, 2022, indicating that during the pendency of the writ petition the respondent Nos.7 and 8 and the petitioners started residing together and there were no further complaints. The declaration indicates that the family has regained its happiness. A copy of the declaration has been filed in Court and the same is taken on record.

It also appears that the police authorities had made an enquiry and prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure had been submitted against the respondent Nos.7 and 8. The police authorities shall keep a

vigil in order to ensure that the parents are residing with the respondent Nos.7 and 8, peacefully.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
