Mr. J.K. Mittal, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similar issues have been raised in a subsequent writ petition that takes into account subsequent developments. He further submits that he is willing to withdraw this writ petition subject to the issues in this writ petition not becoming res judicata.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent authorities including the Additional Solicitor General submit that they have no objection to the same.

In light of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take all the points taking in this writ petition in any subsequent writ petition, filed or to be filed.
