Petitioner has approached this Court being M/L. No.117 Rakib aggrieved that the representation made to Narendrapur Police Station on or about 15.02.2024 was not acted upon. Records reflect that Narendrapur PS case no. 195/2024 dated 19.02.2024 was registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of law. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.

Having regard to the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted, if petitioner is aggrieved by any inaction of the police authorities or the outcome of the investigation, it would be for furthering the cause of justice, petitioner would take out an appropriate application before the jurisdictional Court, the learned Jurisdictional Court would dispose of such application within a period of 60 days of the same being filed. With the aforesaid observations WPA 6515 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
