The petitioner prays for extending the benefit of the 3rd Career Advancement Scheme.

A representation by the petitioner addressed to the Director, Directorate of Technical Education & Training submitted in July 2025 is alleged to be pending consideration.

As it appears that the prayer of the petitioner for grant of benefit under the Career Advancement Scheme is pending consideration before the Director, accordingly, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the petitioner's prayer strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the subject representation along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court. 9.

Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
