Petitioner has approached this court expressing agony regarding the progress of the investigation relating to Ecopark Police Station Case No. 09/2025 dated 11.01.2025.

Police authorities have submitted a report.

Report reflects that there is a case and a counter case. In course of investigation in connection with Ecopark PS Case No. 09/2025 police authorities recorded the statement of the complainant under section 183 of the BNSS and after collection of the said statement an accused namely, Ainul Molla was arrested on 18.03.2025.

Police authorities have also collected the necessary medical documents and are proceeding with the investigation of the instant case. Since the

investigation commenced on 11.01.2025, I am of the view that some more time needs to be granted to the police authorities to arrive at their conclusion. Accordingly, the Deputy Commissioner incharge of Ecopark Police Station will monitor investigation of the case so that the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6062 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
