Galib, Ms. Subhra Nag ...for the State The New Town Police Station has filed a report dated March 15, 2023, indicating that the two sons of the petitioner, namely, Shashi Sourabh Soni and Shashi Gourav Soni are in custody in connection with an FIR being Bidhannagar East Police Station Case No. 29/2023 dated March 7, 2023 under Sections 419/420/467/468/469/471/120B/34 of the IPC read with Section 20/21 of the Indian Telegraph Act.

The writ petition was entertained on extreme and grave urgency being expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's two sons are missing since after having visited the Investigating Officer at New Town Police Station.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

W.P.A. 6203 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

The report of the New Town Police Station dated March 15, 2023 is kept with the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
