Both the parties have filed a joint petition for compromise supported by affidavit delineating the terms and conditions of the compromise between the parties. Dispute between the parties arose in connection with a proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Subsequently, the parties have settled the matter. The Learned Advocate for the opposite party is also present. He also submits that the opposite party has no grievance if the instant criminal revision is dropped and further proceeding in the nature of the execution of Misc. Case No. 119/2017 may not be filed in future.

Since the parties have settled the dispute the instant criminal revision is dropped in terms of paragraph 3 of the joint affidavit.
