Ray, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner had obtained written instruction dated May 10, 2023 from his client and submitted that, the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the contempt proceeding any further. A copy of such written instruction be kept on record.

Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader appeared for the alleged contemnor. In view of the above, this contempt proceeding WPCRC 70 of 2023 stands dropped.

The rule already issued stands discharged.
