Jayanta Sengupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that his client wishes to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. Hence, WPA 4930 of 2020 shall stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty however reserved to the petitioner as prayed for hereinabove.

There shall be no order as to costs.
