1. This revisional application is directed against an order dated May 15, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas thereby extending an order of injunction after modification of the order dated May 2, 2025. This revisional application is directed against an order extending the interim order of injunction granted on an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

2. Order granting extension of an interim order of injunction is also appealable. This revisional application is therefore not maintainable.

Accordingly, the same is not entertained. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a Photostat copy thereof duly countersigned by the learned Advocate on record for the petitioner.

3. This order shall, however, not preclude the petitioners from taking appropriate steps to

challenge the said order dated May 15, 2025 in accordance with law.

4. CO 927 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
