Record reveals that the learned advocate, on behalf of the petitioner has last appeared on 19th September, 2022 and not thereafter.

Considering all above, the matter is taken up for disposal on merit in absence of the parties.

The petitioner has prayed for an order of transfer and expeditious hearing of the case being G.R Case No.1259 of 2012 arising out of Burdwan P.S Case No. 407 of 2012 dated 16.05.2012 under Section 498A/406 I.P.C read with Sections 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the grounds pleaded and the other facts and circumstances narrated in the petition, I am of the opinion that the same do not appear to be sufficient to warrant an order, as prayed for, in this case. Accordingly, the present revision having been found without any merit is dismissed.
