Inadvertent error has crept into the order dated May 13, 2025 which is corrected as follows.

In the second page of the order, the "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Berhampore, Murshidabad" be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia".

The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction.

Let this order be treated as part of the order May 13, 2025.
