Mr. Jayanta Kumar Mandal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and in view of such settlement, the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the present revisional application. He hands over the written instruction of his client to the said effect, which is taken on record. CO 872 of 2019 is dismissed as not pressed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
