Learned trial court i.e., learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 1st Court, Katwa, is hereby directed to proceed with the Title Suit No. 1 of 2015 in accordance with law after giving due adherence to the judgment dated 05.09.2017 as passed in Misc. Appeal No. 08 of 2016 by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Katwa. Department is hereby directed to forward copies of this order both to the First Appellate Court as well as to the learned Trial Court for their information and immediate compliance.
