The petitioners have been engaged by a private agency to function as a security guard in Central Warehousing Corporation. The petitioners' services were discontinued from 1st January, 2023. The petitioners have not been able to establish any relationship between themselves and the Central Warehousing Corporation.

The petitioners therefore cannot maintain the instant writ petition against the private agency/employer. Even otherwise no relief can be claimed by a casual employee for reinstatement, under the law as it stand.

For the reasons above, WPA 8471 of 2024 fails and hereby dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
