... For the petitioners Mr. Mondal, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that by efflux of time, this revision case has already become infructuous.

It is noted that the revision was filed by the petitioners challenging the judgment and order dated 29th October, 2014 by the Sessions Judge, Nadia in Criminal Motion No. 62 of 2014. The order of the Magistrate passed in a proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was affirming thereby.

It is submitted that initially petitioners were not satisfied with the quantum of maintenance but subsequently pursuant to the order of the Trial Court, the petitioner is now receiving adequate maintenance. Considering the submissions as made above and the records before me, let the present revision case be disposed of with the direction that there is no merit therein and the revision is not maintainable. Hence, CRR 527 of 2015 is disposed of with the above observation.
