Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioners have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering and disposing of its application/objection dated 28th February, against blocking of its ITC appears at page 47 of the writ petition and its reply dated 7th March, 2022 against the show-cause-notice as appears at page 69 of the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition, being WPA 5812 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2/the Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Bureau of Investigation, South Bengal, Kolkata to consider and dispose of the aforesaid application dated 28th February, 2022 and its reply dated 7th March, 2022 against the show-

cause-notice, within four weeks from date in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative.
