1. Learned counsel for the appellants appears and submits that the appellants have stopped contacting with her despite having been intimated about the pendency of the appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that there is no scope of settlement in the matter.

3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellants, FA 84 of 2017 is dismissed for nonprosecution without any order as to costs.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
