4. This appeal FMA 1053 of 2022 stands disposed as settled.

5. The claimants/respondents No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount of Rs.5 lac in equal shares from the office of the Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta upon compliance of necessary formalities. The balance amount, if any, with accrued interest be refunded to the appellant/New India Assurance Company Ltd. (Biswaroop Chowdhury, J.)
