By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned adjudication order passed by the WBGST authority concerned which is an appellable order under the statute and considering the facts and circumstances of this case I am of the view that petitioner could not make out an exceptional case for interfering with the impugned appellable adjudication order in spite of availability of alternative remedy.

Without going into the merit of the writ petition and without going into the merit of the issues raised

in this writ petition, on the ground of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner except granting liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal and keeping all the points in this writ petition open before such appellate authority. With this observation and direction these writ petitions being WPA 6569 of 2024 and WPA 6571 of 2024 are disposed of.
