Mr. Shamik Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in the trial court and they have obtained mutual divorce under Section 28 of the Special Marriage Act and as such, the revisionist is not willing to proceed further with the revisional application. In view of the above, let CRR 712 of 2019 be dismissed as withdrawn.
