In the third line of the second paragraph of the second page of the said order, the date 'May

10, 2021' shall stand corrected to read 'March 16, 2022'.

In the fourth line of the second paragraph of the second page of the said order, after the date '20.04.2022' the following sentences should be added.

"There is an appeal preferred from the order dated March 16, 2022".

The order also be corrected to indicate that Mr.

Falguni Sanyal, learned counsel, had appeared on behalf of the respondent no.8, in place of respondent no.7.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated April 19, 2022. The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
