1. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no. 2, the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner to disburse the petitioner's dues in respect of the employees deposited link insurance fund along with the provident fund dues including interest.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner has approached the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Howrah Regional Office by way of filing a representation dated 6.1.2023 but there has been no response from the authority concerned.

3. On hearing the parties and considering the nature of relief prayed for, the writ

application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2, shall consider the representation dated 6.1.2023 filed by the writ petitioner within 60 days from the date of communication of this order on hearing the parties and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

4. Petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh application in line with the representation dated 1.2.2023 before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner within 10 days from the date of this order and the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the said representation within 60 days thereafter as directed by this Court.

5. WPA 6223 of 2023 stands disposed of.
