Petitioners and private respondents have been contesting before the Civil Court as well as before the Executive Magistrate.

Subsequently relevant provisions have been invoked thereby challenging the orders.

Prima facie, it reflects that there is a point of dispute between the petitioners as well as the private respondents and the same relate to property. Having considered that both the parties are at loggerhead, I direct that the Inspector-in-charge, Dholahat Police Station would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6137 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
