1. Some of the heirs of the deceased respondent no.11 are on record.

2. Writ petitioner seeks to add the other heirs of the deceased respondent no.11. Sons of the deceased respondent no.11 being on record and daughters are sought to be impleaded by the application of substitution.

3. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to allow the application CAN/1/2025.

4. Learned advocate-on-record for the writ petitioner is granted liberty to correct cause-title of the writ petition.

5. Writ petitioner and the State are represented.

6. None appears for the private respondents.

7. By consent of the appearing of the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing.

8. Writ petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a proceeding pending before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

9. It appears from the records that, the writ petitioner approached the Tribunal by way of O.A. 2157 of 2022 (M.A. 779 of 2023) (LRTT) which is pending since then. The last order is dated February 20, 2025 where, the matter was fixed for "Part-Heard Hearing" on June 10, 2025.

10. Since, the proceeding before the learned Tribunal is pending for a considerable period of time, it would be appropriate to request the learned Tribunal not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

11. Learned Tribunal is requested to endeavour and dispose of the O.A. 2157 of 2022 within four months from June 10, 2025.

12. W.P.L.R.T. 39 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
