The appellant is not represented.

There is no evidence of service on the respondents. 3.

This Court has very carefully considered the order dated 2nd January, 2023 passed by the Single Bench of this Court. It appears that the Single Bench, with a view to peacefully ensure electricity supply to the petitioner, has directed the "electricity lines be drawn over the land of the petitioner being a clear 5 ft wide brick road, at the entrance pathway to the domestic premises of the petitioner", without disturbing the adjacent residents. 4.

The same has been indicated in Page 18 of a report filed before the Single Bench. Challenge to the said order would amount to seeking to prolong disputes and delay supply of electricity to the appellant.

This Court, therefore, does not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order of the Single Bench. 6.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of the main appeal, connected pending applications, if any, is also dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

9.

There shall be no order as to costs.
