Mollah Ms. Pinki Das ..for the added contemner The added contemner is present before this Court personally and submits two envelopes before this court to indicate that the petitioner was sent two letters by registered post to supply certain documents, which were necessary for consideration of the case of the petitioner as per directions of this Court. The said envelopes are taken on record. The envelopes were returned to the sender with the endorsement addressee left. Such letter was sent pursuant to the direction of the concerned District Inspector of Schools, Howrah asking the school to supply those relevant papers.

The petitioner will appear before the teacherin-charge of the concerned Madrasah on December 3, 2021 at 12.00 noon, when the list of documents to be submitted by the petitioner shall be handed over to

the petitioner. If the petitioner complies with the formalities and submits the documents before the Teacher-in-Charge, the said documents shall be forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools by the Teacher-in-Charge. Thereafter, the order passed in the writ petition shall be complied with by the District Inspector of Schools, Howrah and the other State respondents.

Needless to mention that the petitioner will be asked to supply only those documents which are necessary under the provisions of law and the rules applicable for payment of pensionery benefits to the widow of a deceased teacher.

The contempt petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order.
