It appears that efforts were made to seek accommodation. One Moulasole R B High School, Bankura, was requested to supply teacher to work in place of the petitioner's original school, which has been declined.

The D.I. of Schools (SE), Bankura, and the School Service Commission, shall continue to make efforts until the period of six weeks from date, in terms of the amended Transfer Rules, 2015, to explore the possibilities of

accommodating the petitioner's school to meet the vacancies, after the petitioner's transfer.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
