Bansibadan Mondal The revisional application was preferred in connection with M.P. Case No.107 of 2021 dated 28.01.2021 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Howrah.

As the subject-matter of the case is relating to Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure I am of the opinion that the same by efflux of time has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 715 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
