Sri Swarup Ghosh It appears that there is inadvertent typographical mistake in the order dated June 16, 2022, which is to be corrected in the following manner:

In the cause-title the number of the writ petition has wrongly been typed as 'W.P.A.2109 of 2019' but it should be "W.P.A. 12102 of 2019" in place and stead of the same.

The order dated June 16, 2022, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated June 16, 2022.

Certified copy of the order dated June 16, 2022, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
