The matter has been mentioned by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner for correction of the typographical error which cropped up in the order dated 11th July, 2022.

The penultimate paragraph at page 2 of the order dated 11th July, 2022, the date of the letters should read as 17th February, 2022 and 14th March, 2022. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
