Vaisya Mr. Ranjan Saha ..for the State Mr. Ratul Biswas Mr. Koushik Chowdhury ..for the Board The petitioner submits that he qualified in TET 2014. He sat in 2016 recruitment test but he did not qualify. He was not called in 2020 recruitment test though he submitted his form offline.

I direct the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner where either the petitioner or his learned advocate may be present and after hearing they passed a reasoned order. The hearing is to be given by six weeks from date and the reasoned order is to be passed by two weeks thereafter. The petitioner is directed to carry all necessary papers on the date of hearing.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
