Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated. No arms were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the investigations are still in progress. The arms were recovered from the house of Taslu Bibi. She in her statement stated that the petitioner kept the arms in her house.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that investigations are ongoing, we are unable to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1550 of 2022 is dismissed.
