Mr. Habibur Rahaman Ms. J. Alam .....for the petitioner.

The revisional application appeared on 12th October, 2023 when an accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner. The revisional application also appeared on 1st March, 2024 when none represented for the petitioner. Today, i.e., 4th March, 2024 when the revisional application has been called, none represented the petitioner.

The subject matter of the revisional application relates to an order dated 29th September, 2022 passed in Criminal Motion No. 115 of 2019 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas wherein the learned revisional court was pleased to affirm the judgement and order dated 1st November, 2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur in Misc. Case No. 23 of 2018 under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure. The factual matrix of the case relates to a proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Record reflects that the applicant wife was awarded a sum of Rs.5000/- as

maintenance.

Having regard to the reasons so assigned, I am of the view that no interference is called for as the trial court and the revisional court both have factually appreciated the materials available in connection with the said case.

With the above observations, the present revisional application being CRR 942 of 2023 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
