It is averred in the instant application that the Advocate-on-record of the appellant, due to bona fide oversight, could not follow the display board and could not attend the Court when the instant appeal was called on the said fateful day.

Considering the fact as stated above, we are satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause in not appearing on the said date. 4.

The prayer for restoration is thus allowed and the application being CAN 11 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

The appeal is restored to it original file and number.

Let the appeal be listed in the Combined Monthly List of Cases for the month of March 2025.
