The instant revision along with the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioners are taken up for hearing. It is found from the copies of the deeds annexed with the supplementary affidavit that the deeds of conveyance have already been executed in favour of the de facto complainant. A report was also called for from the police authority, the same is taken on record.

The jurisdictional police officer examined the record and opined about the genuinity of the deeds. The statement of the de facto complainant was also recorded.

In view of such circumstances, no dispute remains between the parties.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is disposed of regarding compromise between the parties.

The learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate II is directed to drop further proceeding in connection with Bou Bazar Police Station Case no. 297 of 2020 dated 19.09.2020 under Sections 406/409/415/420/423/424/463/465/471/120B of the

IPC and discharge the accused persons.
