The report of the State speaks of non-compliance. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station where the petitioner was not asked to enter into. Moreover, the petitioner is not appearing before the jurisdictional Court.

In view of such report of the police, we are unable to relax the condition granting anticipatory bail dated March 13, 2020.

CRAN 1 of 2021 is dismissed.
