The order dated February 5, 2021 passed by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal') has been challenged before this Court.

Grievance of the petitioner is that interim order regarding the property has not been granted.

A perusal of the impugned order passed by the Tribunal shows that the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer district Malda has been directed to submit status report before the Tribunal by the next date fixed for hearing.

As the matter is being considered by the Tribunal, we do not find any case is made out for grant of interim stay in favour of the petitioner.

The writ petition accordingly dismissed.
