Petitioner has approached this Court complaining that her signature was forged in her complaint. Records reflect that Maheshtala PS Case No. 236 dated 17.05.2022 was registered for investigation. Petitioner again complained regarding her signatures not to be genuine. However, the police authorities, in course of investigation, submitted charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that number of cases are pending inter se the petitioner and the private respondents. The signatures of the petitioner was cross-checked.

Be that as it may, since the charge sheet has already been submitted and it has been informed that charge has been framed and evidence commenced, petitioner would be at liberty to canvas the issues at the time of cross-examination of the relevant witnesses concerned.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6090 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
